Looking for a roommate for my new room. New house, 7 miles from Downtown. you will have your own private bedroom, with your own full and share bathroom right next door, also access to the washer and dryer, deck, kitchen and garages, no pet and no smoking. New bed and mattress, closet in room. I like to keep a nice and tidy house, and would like the same from my soon to be roommates! I will be asking a deposit which will be a monthly rent cost. It’s $1,100 month per/ bedroom. Electricity and water bills are shared for each person.
