It’s not exactly a townhouse but the apartment buildings only have 4 homes in them, two on top and two on bottom. We are in the bottom floor but we don’t have any issues with bugs or anything like that. We have a small back patio area and then a lot of lawn to walk around and stuff. The complex also had a gym with a pool and grills. There’s a big dog park if you are bringing an animal with you.
