Available Room for Rent

Looking for roommate in Cedar Mills apartment

Room is available in unit at Timber Creek apartments. I've been here since September and so far have really liked it. Apartment is 2 bedroom 1 bathroom on the first floor with an enclosed patio next to the creek with oodles of ducks and squirrels for entertainment. It is a very walkable neighborhood right next to public transportation and a few minutes from the sunset transit center.

The room is about 10ft x 11ft and is currently partially furnished with a standing desk +chair and a full sized futon bed. These can be moved out if not needed.

I do have a small dog and a bunny. The bunny stays in a pen in the living room and gets to free roam in the shared space when he's supervised.

There is no AC in the apartment but there is an in unit washer and dryer.
No smokers.

Posted rent includes water, garbage, and current Internet plan. Electricity bill would be split each month (likely $50-80 each month per person).
