Room is semi furnished. Located on 177th street Washington heights with A train subway entrance right next to the building. Feel free to bring your own furniture or use the one already in room. Only thing that can't be replaced is King Bed. We are a young married couple looking for a roommate who is easy going like us. We have a dog and cats who are very friendly and love company. We do have a baby gate in the living room so you don't have to worry about our pets having free access to your room or other areas you wouldn't want them. Proof of work/income is necessary.
