I’m the owner of this freshly remodeled 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home, and I’m currently looking for second housemate.

About the Home:
- Top floor, bright living room w/ tv and gigabit wifi.
- Fully equipped kitchen
- 1.5 shared bathrooms
- The full bathroom features a thermostatic rain shower and bidet.
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Quiet, safe neighborhood with easy street parking. Opposite Garfield square park and the recently remodeled public pool.
- backyard is a work in progress but I'm hoping to have it nice in time for summer bbq
- 6 mins walk to the Florida and Chavez st. where many tech shuttle buses stop.

Move-In Ready: – (Can be offered furnished): 12x10'8" ft room with space for a queen bed, desk, and more.

Housemate #1:

I currently have 1 roommate, another mid 30's gay guy interested in hiking and fitness, works from home most days

Details:
Move-In: Available June (exact date flexible)
Location: 25th and Harrison (11 min walk to BART)
Deposit: One month’s rent
Utilities: Split evenly (approx. $200/month for PGE, water, WiFi, and monthly cleaning service)
Background Check: $40 (refundable if you move in)
Pets: While I’m an animal lover, this home is currently not pet-friendly.
No smoking
