Ayah B - $1,100/month

I’m going to UH in the fall 2024. I’m an accounting major and working as a bookkeeper but I’d probably get a second job as a barista. I hardly spend any time in the house because I go to work and the gym and prefer to be outdoors. I like to keep my space clean and relatively organized. I prefer a minimalistic space, but im very open to any type of aesthetic for the apartment. I typically meal prep and cook for myself but from time to time I like to prepare nice meals and share with others.
