I'm a very respectful person, introverted, like to keep my own company a lot, but also down to have fun together & go out when my social battery is charged! But I also don't mind at all if you are antisocial, so no worries.

Having a clean and sanitary space is a must. I can be absent-minded so sometimes I'll genuinely forget to, for example, throw away a food wrapper or something, but never anything troublesome!

I'm also pretty quiet, and I appreciate quietness, as it helps me focus on whatever I'm doing. Doesn't have to be all the time of course, but if you're the type of person that constantly needs to be playing music on speakers, we will not work.

Overall, I'm looking to share a space with people who are similarly mindful about doing our best to respect each other and our space.

Kitchen use: I only "cook" like 1-2x a week, and never for more than like 2 hours, and on the daily I prepare simple food. I eat a particular plant-based diet and will want to maintain separated fridge space / pantry space.

IMPORTANT!: I have a cat. She's healthy, small, spayed chipped vaxxed etc, indoor-only. But she doesn't do well with other animals. She's not clingy/bothersome. She is mildly vocal. My place NEVER smells like cats because I keep her litterbox cleaaaaan. I've never had her while also having roommates so this aspect is new to me. She has her own scratchers that she primarily uses, but she DOES sometimes scratch couches / armchairs... So if you have fancy plush furniture, this wouldn't work. But she's otherwise a good girl, she never knocks stuff over or anything. Her only vices are scratching couches/armchairs, and sometimes she'll meow kinda loud a few times at night. I'm a super light sleeper so I notice, but if you're not, then you should be fine. I've gotten in the habit of wearing earplugs at night anyway cuz the place I live right now has upstairs neighbors that are nocturnal stompers.

Also, my move-in date is kinda flexible from like July 1 to September-ish?
