My current lease ends July 31st, looking to sign an 11 or 12-month lease from August 2023- June/July 2024.
I currently have a 2B2B in Duluth for $917 each, we could always renew that lease or look for other areas. I'm open to Duluth, Lawrenceville, Suwanee, John's Creek, Buford, Dacula, Dunwoody, Decatur, Lilburn, Snellville.
About me: I'm an easygoing, friendly person - very clean and organized! I work a regular 9-5M-F. I do have a small, sweet cat who is not a fan of dogs.
