The townhouse has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a large living room/kitchen area, two car garage, and backyard. The community common area includes a dog park, clubhouse, and two pools. It is in walking distance to retail and restaurants (e.g., Chattahoochee Food Works, Your 3rd Spot, Top Golf, Star Provisions, Bone Garden Cantina, etc.). The beltline sidewalk is within walking distance.
I have a washer and dryer and all other appliances including a microwave, garbage disposal, refrigerator, dishwasher, range, etc. The heat and air conditioning are all electric and works very well.
