We are looking for a roommate in our 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment in Kensington, Brooklyn. Everything is included in the rent (heat, water, electric, WiFi). This room is not furnished. The building is small, quiet, and friendly, and there is bicycle storage as well. There are no pets, and no smoking allowed. We are looking for someone to move in Feb 15th, but we are open to March 1st as well.

This apartment is in a great neighborhood with access to all the necessities in a block radius. The F/G train (Church Ave stop: it's underground and not loud) and a full grocery store are right across the street (see picture from stoop). Prospect Park is 1/4 mile away, and there is laundry and a post office half a block away. It is also one block from Church Ave. and Fort Hamilton Pkwy, which have a lot of shops and restaurants.
