Hello I have a fabulous 3 bedroom townhouse
I'm looking to rent out one room you would have a private bathroom the rim has new carpet white shutters ,
I am retired have two dogs I am not looking for any other pets in the home I am very clean and I expect you to there you will be clean and clean up after yourself and provide your own toilet paper shampoo towels I don't supply any of that and I don't supply any of your food will be minimal cooking in the house for the roommate and washing the clothes twice a week no more than twice a week. You will park in the driveway. I'm asking $600 for rent and another $100 for utilities.
