Astoria Room $1000 (Pet Friendly)

Hello, I have 1 room to rent in a 2 bedroom apartment share. It is the 1 bigger bedroom. The Rent is $1000 a month plus security deposit. The internet is included. The electricity will be split. The Apartment will be Shared and some furniture in the bedroom is available if needed. If you have your own stuff, the furniture in the room can be moved. There won’t be a Tv, desk or chair in the room so you can bring your own if you have. Some furniture in the living room has been moved out so the picture with the couch in the living room now has work out equipment in it just for a fill in. If you have some of your own furniture in storage there is room for that as well. Looking for a chill and easy going roommate. The Building has a deli located on the ground floor, a park down the street and Costco is in walking distance. I have a cat, and other pets are welcome. It is available For move in May 1st. I am easy going, clean and friendly. If interested tell me a little about yourself and we can set up a time for you to meet and view the place.
