I am a recent graduate from the University of Texas at Austin and am looking for 2-3 roommates to find an apartment and sign a lease in east midtown/turtle bay/murray hill/flatiron/kips bay. I start work July 8th at an investment bank in Times Square and would ideally like to sign by July 1st. During my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, playing golf, playing guitar, weight lifting, cooking, and going out. Additionally, I am clean and organized and am very mindful of others personal space/belongings.
