Hi all!
Looking for someone to take over my old roommate's room with a private balcony in a 2BR 2BA apt on the 27th floor of a beautiful building in Midtown. Move-in would be some time in June, co-signing on a 15-month lease. Rent is ~$2,000 plus bills, which are pretty low.

You'd be living with a 34 year old professional woman who's friendly, outgoing and has been in the building for a few years. The ideal roommate is cat friendly, LGBT friendly and laid back.

The room would be unfurnished, with potential to leave the brand new mattress, which has only been used a few months. Thanks!
