East Village Room with Lots of Natural Light

This unit has a furnished kitchen and living room with fantastic natural light and lots of NYC character (exposed brick, hardwood floors). It's a fourth floor walk-up and your bedroom would have a large, mirrored closet (with additional above closet storage), space for a queen-sized bed and a desk. There is a shared full bathroom with lots of storage, good makeup lighting and a tub. Laundry is in the building and the F train is accessible with an eight-minute walk.

I'd love to meet a roommate who is friendly and happy to keep communal spaces clean (my room is always chaos, but I like the kitchen to be usable lol). Also, heads up that I work from home and talk out loud on Zoom calls quite often, which might get annoying to another WFH person, so ideally a roommate would have a job where they can go into the office at least part of the time.
