The apartment is very quiet for the neighborhood with a ton of great restaurants and bars around. There is also a roof top that can be used during the summer!

The bedroom being rented is $2,223 and an amazing deal for the overall space and location of the apartment. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are ~10 min away. Morton Williams is across the street so this is a very centralized and close to everything you could need.

It will be available starting 1/1/22 and the lease will go until 8/31/22, so the tenant must be committed to the apartment until that time. We are only looking for male identifying roommates at this time.
