2 Bedroom, Barley Furnished Apartment

Hello! I am currently looking for a roommate in Parker, Colorado. I have 1 cat who is used to being with other animals so if you have a cat too, please bring em along:) otherwise I’m just gonna get another one lol. My apartment is also very empty at the moment so if you have some furniture, feel free to bring it lol. I live in a gated community as well and it’s fairly quiet and is newly renovated with stainless steel appliancesss and marble counter tops!! I love it here and am just in need of some help to afford my f*ckin life at the moment lol. You will get your own room with an attached bathroom and semi-sorta walk-in closet. I’m no neat freak, but I do like the apartment to be kept sort of manageable, so as long as the dishes are done by the 3rd day or so, we Gucci:) I also have a very weird address, so I say Parker because I’m like right down the road from the Parker Walmart, maybe like 10ish mins. I smoke weed and I have a little vape so if that bothers you, idk what to tell ya. I’m gonna be super picky as well. I don’t super “get along” great with a whole lot of people bc I’m just kinda shy that way I guess. I do love people! I’m just picky about who I have to be around all the time, if that makes sense lol. Anyway, just sort of trying to see who’s out there!:)
