Greetings, earthlings! I'm looking for a new roommate in a 2 bed/2 bath in my apartment in Palms, 90034, who can stay long-term and sign a month-to-month lease.
Monthly Rent: $1,316.42 (Utilities ~$100/month)

Your room would be the master bedroom, with your own bathroom, balcony, walk-in closet, and air conditioning unit.
We have a coin laundry room in the building and tandem parking where we each get one parking spot.

Nearby, there's a cute little park, coffee shop, and weekend farmer's market. We're also within walking distance of Palms station on the Metro E Line (~7 minute walk) and Culver City (~20 minute walk).
