I’d love to have a roomate I can hangout with, who is also respectful and picks up after themselves. I’m not a neat freak, but I enjoy having a comfortable shared space. I'm looking primarily in East Village/Greenwich Village/lower east side/Soho/Noho/Dumbo/Vinegar Hill(Brooklyn areas close to Manhattan by subway)/Midtown but I am decently flexible.
