I have a room for rent. Roommates would be me and one other person (a guy). We are super chill, low-maintenance people that are not easily bothered. We love sharing food and drinks but are NOT partiers. We will stay out of your way and if you have an issue, we will work hard to fix it. Everyone contributes but we aren't annoying about it - like we don't count every penny. We are clean but not neat-freaks. The male roommate is basically never home.

I have a bunny named Penelope that lives in my room and she is sure to brighten your day when she comes out to play!

AVAILABLE ROOM IN A 2ND FL APT - $900

I have a room for rent. Roommates would be me and one other person (a guy). We are super chill, low-maintenance people that are not easily bothered. The apartment is furnished but the room is not. However, the room does come with a bed (if you need it). Bookcase and a bed frame for purchase. There is also a small set of drawers that can go in the room as well if you need them.

NO PETS ALLOWED. However, I have a bunny named Penelope that lives in my room and she is sure to brighten your day when she comes out to play!

The room is available for short-term rent since the lease is up on May 31st. However, if you wish to stay longer you are welcome to resign. The landlord is very nice!
