Hi! We’re a couple in our 30s looking for a respectful, clean, and easygoing roommate to share our spacious 2 bed / 2 bath apartment. The apartment is located in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn, close to Fulton St. It’s only a 5 minute walk from Kingston-Throop C station and 8 minutes from Nostrand AC station.

About the Space:
* Total rent: $4,400/mo, Your room: $2,000/mo.
* The unit has high ceilings with extra large, south facing windows (7 ft!) in every room. You can expect sunlight throughout the day - perfect for the east-coast winters!
* We have furnished the living space.
* Utilities will be split 3 ways (About $80-$90 per head).
* One-year lease (landlord will require a background and income verification)
* Unfurnished private bedroom (approx. 9’x10’) with a large closet.
* Your private bathroom just across from the room.
* Washer/dryer in the building (cellar level)

About Us:�We’re a couple in our 30s who are clean, laidback, and considerate. We’re looking for someone of a similar age and vibe to share the apartment with. I am pursuing my doctorate at CUNY and have a part-time teaching job. My boyfriend works in tech with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office).

About You:�Ideally in your late 20s to 30s, clean, respectful of shared spaces, and okay with living with a couple. Bonus points if you’re friendly but also enjoy your own space.
