1 bedroom available in rent stabilized West Village 2 bed/ 1 bath gem. I have lived here for 2 years with my roommate and am I looking for someone to fill her room for Dec 1, 2024 for a 12 month lease since she is sadly moving out of state.

Bedroom can fit a full or queen sized bed, has a large closet and great light but faces a courtyard so is very quiet. $2,500 per person + split split utilities and monthly cleaning fee (we have a cleaner come in 2x a month because we value a clean space!)

Cannot say enough great things about the location… West Village with major subway lines within a block that makes it super easy to get around the city (1,2,3,A,C,E,L).

The unit was fully renovated before we moved in so all appliances and finishes are brand new. Dishwasher and laundry in building. 5th floor walkup that will keep you in shape :)

Apartment would be shared me with me: 27 years old, working in marketing at a bank and in office 3x a week/ WFH 2 days a week. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful and doesn’t bring the party home and prefers a night out for dinner and a nice cocktail bar vs a club/bar night out. .
