Upper-class residence, safe neighborhood - seeking to rent out 2 private bedrooms in this townhouse. There are 3 floors and 1 bedroom to each floor, this house is built in a way that allows all housemates will have their privacy because of the separated floors.

The price for the bedroom on the 2nd floor is $1300, and $1600 is the price for 1st floor bedroom which has more privacy, size and better view. Both comes with private bathroom and is furnished with bedframe, mattress, desk and chair.

There is a beautiful view of Oakland from the living room especially when the sun shines through midday. Plenty of parking within a minute walk from the home. Air conditioning and heating. 10 min drive to the nearby Bart station. The AC Transbay bus line (3min walk) can go directly to the SF Salesforce Transit Center. Safeway grocery store is 5 min drive away; Trader Joes 7 mins away. The home is equipped with washing machine and dryer. It takes 1 minute to walk to the community gym. Parks near by. Hiking trails can be reached within a few minutes where you can enjoy the scenery of the entire city, the ocean, and corner of SF. The community has a private security company to ensure our safety. The utility bill will be shared together, roughly $100, depending on season.

Security Deposit is 1 month of rent. Seeking minimum 3 months term
