Private Bedroom/Bath in Quiet Condo

The room for rent is a spacious 10 x 12 foot room with high ceilings and built-in entertainment center! I own a 2 bedroom/2 bath, open floorplan (vaulted ceilings) condo, just over 1000 square feet. It is equipped with central A/C & heat, a fireplace, in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, patio/balcony, pool/spa in the complex, dedicated off street parking, WIFI, Roku and ceiling fans. The entire condo is furnished (except the available bedroom for rent). Within 1-2 miles there are 3 grocery stores, Walmart, Costco, many restaurants, the 78 & 15 freeways, 2 fire stations, a major hospital, 5 minutes to California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) and 10-15 minutes to the beach. The housing complex is quiet and well-maintained. The ideal roommate would be a responsible, good-natured, fully-employed, clean individual who pays her/his bills on time. I am asking $900 per month plus ½ of utilities (roommate portion is generally around $75/month) plus a security deposit of $450. 1st & last month’s rent are due upon move-in.
