Looking for a female identifying roommate starting September 1st.
Hi, me and my roommate are looking for one more person to fill our 3B1B apartment in Allston!
The monthly rent is $1000 per person. Water and heat included. 8 minutes walk to Packards Corner T stop. Close to CVS, Star Market and all kinds of restaurants. It requires first and last month rent, 1 month refundable deposit and 1 month broker fee to move in.

A lil bit about us:
We are two females in our mid 20s and 30s. I’ll be working in Boston area and my roommate is a first year grad student at BU. We are down to hang with each other but we also respect each other’s privacy. It is totally fine if you like to have friends over occasionally as long as there’s nothing too crazy. No smoking in the house.
