Looking for a new roommate to 1247 Fulton St

We are 4 girls looking for a new roommate who could move to 1247 Fulton St, apartment #10 with a start date of March 14, 2024. We are USF student-athletes.

- Price: $1265/month, utilities included in price
- The unit consists of a kitchen, living room area, 1 bathroom, and 4 rooms:
- the first room on the right (that is being rented): 10’6 x 9’7

We have a 6-month-old kitty! The landlord is very nice and friendly. There is a small garden with a grill and places to sit and eat within the complex. The location is great, between Alamo Square Park and Divisadero. The unit is located in the back of the building at the top floor facing south so it gets a lot of sunlight and is quiet. There are a lot of restaurants and cute stores on Divisadero. There are three small corner grocery stores within a 1-2 min walk. The neighborhood is safe even during the night.
