Serenity in the Desert

2 story house, 2 rooms for rent on the second floor. No one is renting right now. The hallway bathroom will be shared with another tenant went we get another one. Laundry room is on bottom floor by the 3 car garage. Lots of available storage space in there. All tile on bottom floor, carpeted on second floor. Up to date appliances. Gas stove. The kitchen has gorgeous granite counter tops including the island. High ceiling in the living room. We have quite the desert theme decor. Including big horn sheep skulls that we have found hiking in this area. Very lovely covered porch in the backyard. Also desert landscaping. Really nice mini cactus garden. One of the cactus has the most beautiful bloom you will ever see in your life. 😎
We are quiet and are hardly ever home. We want to host a home of peace and serenity. No toxic behaviors. Cussing is not considered toxic, I’m a sailor. 🙋‍♀️ We don’t take our selves that seriously. Tenants must be accountable and respectful. We are both in our 40’s with no kids. Just Cosmo the black cat. He’s the supervisor. You’ll see 😜
