I would describe myself as clean and respectful. My mental health and happiness are better overall if I am living in a space I can be proud of and relaxed in, so I keep things clean and definitely like to have cute art hanging and interesting furniture. I have 2 cats (boy and girl) who are pretty shy but never mean, and I will take full responsibility for their litter/keeping the floor clean/any cat related mess. My boy cat also has a really sensitive stomach/bladder so dishes absolutely must be cleaned ASAP, if he eats people food he could get seriously sick. They came from a cat only shelter so are used to other cats but I don’t think would do well around dogs, so I don’t think we would be a great fit if you have a dog/plan to get a dog soon! I would love for us to be friends, but also love my alone time so I am flexible on what that relationship looks like!! My only real apartment needs are that it is pet friendly and that there is a train station within walking distance, otherwise I am open to all neighborhoods in the city. $1400 maximum rent but would prefer $1200 ish. Open to more than one roommate!
