I am leaving New York and I am looking for someone to replace my lease.
- Location: 52nd street /2nd avenue, Manhattan
- 5th floor
- Lease starts on April 1st, but can move in any day after March 3rd
- Fully furnished
- 2 bedrooms with nice city views, 1 bathroom
- Laundry in the building
- 5-minute walk from E and 4/5/6 subway stations
- Current rent is $1,750 per person, expecting a slight increase with new lease
