This apartment ( the Evanston) is a former hotel set smack dab in the middle of downtown ktown. Five min from downtown LA and 10 minutes from Hollywood. Within a 6 min walking distance to the subway (very convenient) as well as numerous Korean restaurants nearby. The apartment is on the 6th floor and has an amazing view of the city looking towards Hollywood and the mountains. Laundry is in the building, full sized kitchen. And even had a wall divider from the two ‘rooms’ in the studio (just no door). This is an ideal spot for anyone looking to live close to DTLA or Hollywood or even in the cultured city of Ktown. 750/month is all that’s necessary from you to move in today. Also Nathan is rarely home because he is often at his girlfriends house and is a model with shoots booked throughout California so you would be guauntees a lot of privacy.
