We have one small dog but do not allow any other pets - sorry!
The middle full bath is shared between one other roommate, there is a half bath downstairs, so always a restroom/mirror available for getting ready etc.
$750 includes everything all bills (Gas,Trash,Electric,Water and high speed internet) etc., $1,050 to move in and the $300 security deposit will be refunded with a 30 day notice. The deposit is there to protect us from tenant leaving without a 30 day notice or/and any major damages. Minimum of 2 months required.
