We're looking for someone to take over the lease for the third bedroom in our apartment in Clinton Hill. Rent is $1,700/month.
Biggest room in the unit with good closet space. The apartment is a 3rd-floor walk-up, pet-friendly, and has an in-unit washer and drye as well as a big kitchen! The common areas are already fully furnished since we've been living here for the past year, so you'll only need to furnish your bedroom.
A little about us: we're two Pratt Institute art students entering our final year. We're both pretty busy with school and graduating, but we're friendly, clean, respectful, and enjoy a relaxed, comfortable home. We'd love to find someone who's similarly easygoing, tidy, and considerate :)
