Hi! Looking for a new roommate to move into this 48th floor 2 bed 2 bath corner apartment on the waterfront side of jersey city. My current roommate will not be renewing on our lease in order to move in with his girlfriend. Our current lease is up on Jul 31 and I would be looking to find a roommate to renew for another 1 year lease starting Aug 1. New roommate and I would need to sign new lease by Jun 10th, otherwise I have to give my building intent to vacate on current lease and move out on Jul 31. His bedroom is the Manhattan facing room that comes with private full bathroom. Our apartment has new stainless steel kitchen appliances, tons of natural lighting, open living room dining room and unobstructed views of lower Manhattan and north jersey. Our building has plenty of amenities including: full gym, sauna, pool, grill, game room, theater room. (Amenity fee for year is 300 per person but looking to negotiate that w leasing office). Our building is 5 minute walk to exchange place path into FiDi and 10 minute walk to Newport path to midtown Manhattan, easy access to the city!
