I've grown up in Colorado and have a constant love for the mountains. Backpacking is absolute gold and to summit a 14'er is a blast. I'm fairly laid back but can hustle well. A bit more clean and organized than most, but that could be a positive.

Super simple layout Condo. Nice carpet, 800 sqft. The bedroom as a walk-in closet, with a vanity sink. There is a shared bathroom and a convenient kitchen.
Super easy access to Denver (about 17min to LODO) and the mountains (20 up I-70 gets you to some camping!)
The living room gets great lighting in the morning and evening. The bed room gets excellent morning rays.
