The apartment is very clean, stone countertops, marble flooring. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, washer and dryer inside of the unit. You will have a private bathroom inside of your room. Wifi is included in your rent, you have a free parking space. The location is great, in the middle of Miami Beach 8 minutes from the beach, 2 minutes from Lincolnroad Mall, there is a nice Bay Area in the back.
