Room in South Williamsburg Apartment
Full-Size room with closet space in a spacious and beautiful 3 Bedrooms 1 Full bathroom apartment in South Williamsburg.
Amazing location, the Marcy stop (M/J/Z) is right outside the apartment. 20 mins walk away from the new Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. 30 mins from midtown Manhattan. Lots of great restaurants and shops by the apartment.

The bedroom we are renting out is a full-size bedroom that can fit up to a Queen Size bed, a desk, and a dresser. We would recommend up to a full size bed though. The apartment is on the second floor of a three story walk-up. Stairs are easy to walk up.
We are two young professionals who are easy to get along with, very respectful, and take very good care of the apartment. We are about half way through a one-year lease ending on June 30, 2022. We are looking for an equally respectable roommate to share our beautiful apartment with. If we feel that the arrangement works for both parties, we would be open to extending the lease/sublease.
The rent will be $1,000 per month not including utilities. The sublease is a month-to-month sublease. First-month rent and one-month deposit required to move in. Utilities include gas/electric/cleaning lady/wifi which all together could be up to $167 per person per month.
