Greetings! I am an academic tutor working on becoming a School Counselor. I am very passionate about music and the arts and also enjoy great conversation, sports (especially baseball), video games, learning/academia, board/card games, good shows and movies. I am kind, responsible, friendly, empathetic, clean and organized and take public health and safety very seriously (especially during the times of COVID-19). I fully expect potential roommates to be the same way, and I cannot stress this enough. I am pretty easy to get along with and enjoy the company of others.

Available Room for Rent
Room + Shared Office Space for Rent in North Park, $1200/month
There will soon be one bedroom vacant in my 3 bed/2 bath apartment that I am looking to rent out. I am currently using a second room as a storage/office/gym space and will share this space with whomever rents the bedroom (perfect for work from home candidates). The bedroom will be unfurnished and utilize the hallway bathroom (you will be responsible for cleaning it)*. Full kitchen, with a good amount of kitchen storage. Also have a small balcony (classic city view of another building) and a garage for storage. One shared driveway parking spot, and plenty of street parking.
Living expectations for both of us:
- No smoking/vaping or recreational drugs of any kind
- Service animals/doctor prescribed ESAs are welcome (and would be lovely to have a well-trained furry friend around), but unfortunately no pets. There is paperwork that needs to be filled out if you have one.
- Common areas/shared spaces are to be kept tidy and cleaned every week on an alternating basis
- Stable income and always pay rent on time
- Communicate openly and empathetically
- Follow COVID-19 health and safety protocols in and out of the apartment
Apartment is close to 805, 15 and 94 freeways, and within walking distance of grocery stores, Target and restaurants.
$1200/month, utilities included (gas and electric, internet)

*During more normal times, the hallway bathroom is shared with guests, but as things stand currently with COVID-19, there have been no "common space" guests over so this has not been necessary. I have my own bathroom, so for the near future, the hallway bathroom will only be used by you.
