I am a people person enjoy people of all ages and background. I have worked with people most of my life and have made so many lasting friends across the country. I enjoy my own time but always have time to have fun and listen and help someone.
I love watching a few programs at night and always listen to the news at 6pm. I usually retire in my room around 8:30 and rise around 8:00am each day. I usually have my TV on very low as I always make sure not to disturb anyone below or above me.
I work at home on various projects and on the computer often. I enjoy cooking and cook all my meals each day. I try to eat very healthy with an occasional dessert as I bake gluten free for my daughter and son-in-law.
I have lived in the Boca and Deerfield area most of my life and have seen so many changes. Some good and some not to good. Of course, that is true no matter where you are from.
I have a son and daughter and a grandson that attends FIU in Miami. My daughter does not have any children but recently bought an adorable Malshi pup which is the sweetest and hypoallergenic as we are all allergic to cats and dogs.
The property is such a great location as walkable to downtown and the beach. I enjoy by patio and love plants. Being a native I love being on my patio with a glass of iced tea.

This is on the second floor of a 3-story building right off Federal Highway and walking distant to downtown Boca Raton. Only 2 miles to the Beach and Publix just a few blocks. Bus line nearby
and a 55 plus community. This has a split bedroom plan and a large Walkin shower and a private
entrance right near the elevator. It has hardwood floors in your bedroom which are only 2 years old. At the moment the room is being used for my selling online business so that is why it's not
furnished. It is a nice sized room with wood shutters. You can decorate as you please but only neutral color walls, please.
I live alone and still work at home and there is internet and wi-fi and cable TV provided. I rarely have company except immediate family which is not that often as they live 2 miles away.
I enjoy reading and have a lovely patio to share as well with some greenery and table and chairs.
Since this is a condo there is approval involved through the Board here. We have a new Board
which is amazing and have undergone a lot of work required by the state of all condos 2 miles
from the ocean.
We are not gated but have plenty of onsite parking. I love dogs but do not have one and only
emotional support dogs are allowed with proper paperwork.
