My friend and I are looking for a third roommate to join us in a beautiful, newly refurbished 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment in Anza Vista / Laurel Heights (walking distance from Golden Gate Park and the Presidio!) are for $2k/person monthly rent (+ ~$50 for utilities). Bit about me and Ben:

Alice: I’m 24-years-old and have lived in SF for about 2 years. I am an avid runner (currently training for a tri), skier (downhill and XC), love cooking, making bread, drinking tea & and am fully plant-based. On the weekends I am typically pretty out and about - I love adventuring both in and outside SF (national parks, local parks, Tahoe, etc.), going to farmers markets and parks, and / or going out to concerts/bars/festivals.
I work in-person at a startup in Dogpatch and typically am on a 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM sleep schedule on the weekdays.

Ben:
I am 24 years old and moved to SF a year ago. I am pretty nerdy, with some of my favorite hobbies being gaming, chess, tech, and history, but I also love going out to concerts, bars, etc! I dropped out of college 2 years ago to work on my startup full time, and that has been my job and life ever since. I am also plant-based and love cooking. One other fun fact about me is that I have my pilots license, although i rarely get to fly living in SF.
I work in person as well as from home depending on the day, usually from around 8am-5pm 6-7 days a week, and am on a similar sleep schedule to Alice: 10/11pm - 6-7am
