Looking for a young professional FEMALE roommate between the ages of 25-40 to join 2 other females in our super chill living situation! This is a beautiful 3 bedroom Victorian home bulit in the 1800s with high ceilings, wood floors, and brick accents in the Short North. The first floor is an open concept with 2 family rooms, 1 "bonus” room, 1/2 bath, and kitchen with a large island. There is a front porch, fenced in backyard, and laundry/storage in the basement. The bedroom available is spacious, has the largest closet, an adorable brick fireplace, and there are 2 full baths on the second floor.
