Hey there, I’m Will. I’m a real estate professional expanding business into Manhattan while based primarily outside the city.

I’m looking for a reliable, comfortable pied-à-terre setup for when I’m in town—typically just 3 to 5 consecutive nights a month. Because I’ll be away the vast majority of the time, you’ll essentially have the entire apartment to yourself for most of the month.

When I’m in town, my footprint is practically invisible: I’m out working during the day, keep common spaces spotless, and will be going out to eat mostly.
