Looking for two more people to sign lease on West Harlem Apt!

Hi all! My friend and I are looking for 2 roomies (preferably femme and queer friendly) to join our lease to fill 2 rooms in a West Harlem apartment ideally by May 15th or June 1st!! it’s a block from 125 station (a/b/c/d trains). there is laundry in the building, central a/c, a cute little rooftop to hang out on, and a dishwasher :))) (we’re also pet friendly!!!)

Rooms are 1035 a month + utilities!!
lease is 12 months and you need income of 42k+ and credit score of 680+!!!

About the roomies:

Nia aka me lol (23, she/her): I currently works in theater admin on a hybrid work schedule (2 days from home and 3 days in office). I’m super outgoing—I love going for walks, reading, writing poetry, sweet treats, and hanging out with friends (grabbing food, drinking matcha, you name it)

Rachel (22, she/her): I’m 22 and I work in theatre admin! I’m clean and quiet but super open to being friends with my roommates. I love seeing movies, reading, and trying new cafes/food places.
