Bedroom For Rent In Large Apartment

Bedroom for rent in large walk-up apartment. I’m looking for someone to make a home here and would like a tenant for at least 6 months, preferably a year. My apartment is completely furnished, you would only need to bring yourself and your bed (my departing roomie would leave hers if you don’t have one).

There is a living room/dining area/kitchen up front and a small den at the back for maximum privacy. There is some limited storage but no lock-up area downstairs for bikes, etc. (totally cool with putting them on the balcony, it’s a pretty large one).

I’d prefer a mature, female-identifying tenant 30ish-45 but would make exceptions for the right person. No couples please. Communication skills and healthy boundaries a must.

This is a grown-up situation- meaning no weird rules barring overnight guests or dictating cooking/shower times. Currently I’m complying with covid-19 guidelines but I’m normally laid-back and social and welcome you to be the same when restrictions are lifted. I’m quiet at home and am the artsy/reading type mostly. I am a non-smoker and social drinker, mostly vegetarian (seafood sometimes). There’s a BBQ on the balcony if you’d like to use it. 420 is fine out there too.

There is a parking stall in the back for your use, and although there is no in-suite laundry there are laundromats downstairs (drop off only) and a half block away (self serve).

I have one senior kitty so I’m afraid I can’t offer room for another pet, although if you have a very small and well-behaved dog we might give it a go (she’s tolerated them in the past).
