We are a young professional couple looking to sublet our second bedroom between September 2021-2022. The apartment is 910 square ft, it is in a safe, residential area and it is right across from the grocery store and steps away from Davisville station. There are a gym and pool in the building and a balcony. There’s plenty of storage room and the apartment is up to date with modern bathrooms and an open concept kitchen.

We are looking to sublet the second bedroom to a female student/professional between the ages of 18-30. We would prefer someone who lives a pretty quiet lifestyle. You would be required to bring a bed or any furniture for your room.
