Hi ,

I'm Corentin, 28 yo, I'm French and moving to NYC from the 5th of Sept for a long period (at least 2 years).
I work in a french tech start up that is sending me in their Brooklyn offices to help grow the US market.
I'm looking for a place exactly like yours.
Few infos about me:
- Very easy going, I lived for the past 10 years in shared appartments
- Love culture and sports
- Always eager to have a drink and discover new places (restaurant, bars, ...)
- Clean (I'm not that of a cleaning freak though) & respectful of the common areas

Please note that as I am freshly arriving to the US I do not have yet a proper US credit score, I do have proof of incomes from my employer that justify at least 40x the monthly rent.
