I am retired and seeking to relocate to Manhattan. Although retired I expect to look for full time or part time work once I relocate. I am quiet and clean, reliable and dependable. My income is from pensions and social security and I am extremely responsible and conscientious about paying rent and financial obligations . I am seeking to share an apartment because I believe I can live in a nicer area with a roommate than I could afford on my own plus some company is preferable than living alone. I would prefer an unfurnished room, but if furnished I would at least like to furnish my own bed (twin). The cooking I do would be minimal; I primarily use the microwave. Although I am a morning person, I am not loud in the mornings and am respectful that a roommate may be sleeping or may not be a morning person. I am respectful of a roommate's possessions and privacy.
