I am 27 years old, I currently work at Petco as a Dog Trainer in Signal Hill in Long beach. I am full time and spend most of my free time doing art and going to the beach.
Rent is always #1 first priority so that will not be an issue. I can provide pay stubs, bank statements and income/employment verification; as well as references if needed.
I'm a young professional adult with a positive outgoing attitude and stick to myself, I love animals and get along with most everyone I meet. I believe I am the ideal candidate for a roommate because I have mutual respect, consideration for others, their beliefs, background, personal space, and I keep my space clean and organized.

I'm currently renting a room from my family friend, and her daughter just had a new baby. Her family is growing and she would like the room so that her grandsons can have a place to stay when they visit.
We agreed that January would be my move out date, but I'd prefer to find something sooner.
