Pamala S - $800/month

I am a fairly quiet but friendly person that tends to keep to my space for the most part. I work at a company during normal 8-5pm hours and will be expecting to work from the apartment from around 4am to 7am on weekdays and would need the noise level to be at a minimum during those periods as I will be teaching over video conference. I'm looking to move around the 1st of February, but can be a little flexible about that. Ideally, we each have our own room and bath. I rarely have anyone over, but would hope you don't mind an occasional visitor. I would also ask that my roommate not have someone over constantly, unless they too plan on sharing bills of course. I don't care what you do in your own space in terms of organization, as long as it's not a roach invitation. Please be someone who will clean after yourself in common spaces though, and you can expect the same from me.
