I have a well-behaved miniature dachshund named Chorizo who is potty trained, and you can choose to close your door if you'd rather not let him in (he and I won't be offended).

The largest room is available in our 4bd/2ba unit. This room also gets its own bathroom. The room has a lot of natural light (3 windows) and a large closet with built-in organizers.
Our living room and kitchen/dining room are also large by New York standards, this apartment offers a lot of square footage. We also have access to the private front yard and porch.
For Students, etc: Our Landlord will accept guarantors for your portion of the rent
Landlord will require a standard application and a security deposit of $1133.
