I'm a laid back person and generally go with the flow. I don't stay out late or have tons of people over, so the place is very quiet with the exception of when the mail man comes through and is noticed by the dogs.
My mortgage just increased by $600/month and I need someone to rent to help me cover that difference. Other than that, we can talk arrangements.

Available Room for Rent
Scott Williams
Pet friendly (assuming they get along with my two dogs). I have a bedroom and the larger bathroom available to rent. There is also another bedroom I use as a studio for different projects, but can be a shared space for sure.
Huge backyard, furnished living room and kitchen, washer and dryer, WiFi included. I don't have cable (cord cutter here) so if you want that it'll be something you have to get.
I have a vegetable garden that you're welcome to use as well.
Please be respectful and don't have large groups of people over or blast the TV late at night. I have a regular 8-5 job and already struggle waking up as it is. Weekends can be a different story, though I rarely if ever have people over myself.
No drugs, please.
